01 Do you ship across Egypt?
Yes, we deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Delivery usually takes 2-6 working days depending on your area.
02 Can I check the order on delivery?
Yes. You can inspect your order before you pay. If the order is refused after the delivery attempt, a shipping fee of 80 EGP applies.
03 Can I exchange for another size or color?
Exchanges are free during inspection on delivery. After you receive the order, a size exchange costs 80 EGP. Please check the size chart before ordering.
04 Can I return my order?
Returns are available during inspection on delivery. After receiving the order, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects covered by the guarantee.
05 What does the 1-year guarantee cover?
Every order includes a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Send us clear photos of the issue on WhatsApp and we will solve it quickly.
06 Can I iron the jacket and the swaps?
Yes. Iron the jacket inside out and place a thin cloth over printed swaps. Avoid direct high heat on the prints.
07 When will I get my order?
Once your order is confirmed we prepare and ship it as fast as possible. Delivery usually takes 2-6 working days.
08 Is anything non-returnable?
Final-sale and customized items can't be returned after you receive them. Exchanges and returns are available during inspection on delivery, except for manufacturing defects covered by the guarantee.
